As a Hatteras Island native, I’ve spent my life watching the tides reshape our coast, a perspective that naturally guided my career from hospitality and property management into my role as a Broker/REALTOR® with Trisha Midgett and Team, the top-producing real estate team on the Outer Banks.

Growing up surrounded by salt air and the rhythm of island life gave me a deep appreciation for the place I’m fortunate to call home. That same passion now drives me to help buyers and sellers across the Outer Banks find what feels right for them, whether that’s a first or second home, an investment that fits their lifestyle, or guiding them through the sale of their property from start to finish.

My approach to real estate is rooted in listening first and understanding what truly matters to you. Building relationships is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do, and it’s something that makes me happy. I believe the experience should feel smooth, supported, informed, and even a little fun along the way.

These days, life has shifted into a new and rewarding season centered around family, connection, and community, whether that’s volunteering with local charities, spending time on the beach, or simply staying connected to the people who make this island home.

To me, real estate is about more than just a transaction, it’s about helping people step into their next chapter with confidence, clarity, and ease, knowing they have someone who genuinely cares about the outcome.
