Up on the top level, there's a handy half bath at the landing, and another spacious queen en suite with its own bath tucked away for privacy. The living area is open and welcoming, with comfy furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and sliders leading out to a deck with both sun and shadeperfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. Deeded beach access is just a short stroll away, so getting your toes in the sand is easy. You're also close to Ramp 49 for ORV and pedestrian beach access. Want a beach day with amenities? Frisco Bathhouse has lifeguards, showers, and changing rooms. Or launch a kiteboard at Sandy Bay for some soundside fun. Frisco has it alllocal eats, grocery stops, art galleries, even the little airport if you're flying in. And when you're ready to explore, head down to Hatteras Village to watch the boats come in or hop the ferry to Ocracoke for a day trip. Please note: the outdoor cargo lift is not currently working.
